I dropped off my car for a recall fix with the fuel pump. I dropped it off 4th of July weekend. I received a call on Monday saying that they were swamped with recalls and wouldn't have it ready for a week. I did not call in advance for an appointment. I explained that I needed it for a long trip on Thursday, though I had alternate transportation if they would not be able to complete it in time. The work was done by Wednesday. I'm very surprised and pleased with dealer and Service Manager.
